The Deschamps report was tabled more than 11 years ago, during which time the Liberals failed to pass necessary implementation legislation. Today the Liberals passed “time allocation” to gut the work of the Defence committee, whose members cooperated to make important changes to the bill and give victims of sexual misconduct in the armed forces better access to Justice.
